At the relatively lower production rate of
38, the overall reduction in emissions for carbon monoxide (CO) was 24.05%, un-burned hydrocarbons (HC) was 8.66%, and carbon dioxide (CO2) was 20.42%. Completing the carbon mass balance, we conclude an overall reduction in carbon emissions of 26.38%. Completing the
overall carbon balance, we conclude an overall reduction in fuel consumption of 18.12%.

Cummins Engine
"We recently had to perform a major maintenance procedure on one of our units powered by a Cummins engine. To our surprise, we found NO hard carbon buildup after 580,000 miles of use. Normally, we have to chisel or use power equipment to remove the buildup. In this case we were able to wipe the combustion chamber clean with a shop cloth."

Walmart Test
At the conclusion of the test (approximately five
Months) the MPG changes were between 5% and 8% for all vehicles. This represents a substantial savings. In addition to the fuel savings, which were easily substantiated
by comparing our in-house fuel records, there were other positive results. Many of our drivers reported increased power and performance and reduced particulate emissions (smoke). As the
test proceeded it was amusing to watch long lines form at the
treated fueling station. I could tell that the drivers were
talking to each other and sharing information. It was apparent that something positive was happening.

Catalytic Converter Comparison
100,000 miles on two catalytic converters.
The top picture shows how soot builds up and can clog and destroy a catalytic converter.
